$11,000 raised on Super Sunday
On Sunday, February 5th, you came together in spirit and in action as one community to make the world a better place. Thank you for answering the call and making a generous donation to the Champaign-Urbana Jewish Federation's Annual Campaign. The difficult economic times we now face have placed an unprecedented strain on resources. Many families and seniors are hurting. Although you may not see the need each day, it is real and urgent. By making your generous gift on Super Sunday, you helped to ensure that the CUJF has the critical funding needed as 2012 begins.
Your support of Federation helps support a Jewish education for the children of our community, fight poverty, rescue and resettle Jewish immigrants, and strengthen Jewish life locally and abroad.
If you did not have the opportunity to donate on Super Sunday,

Blacks Face Bias in Bankruptcy, Study Suggests

The lawyers, the survey found, were also more likely to view blacks as having “good values” when they expressed a preference for Chapter 13."
